Weld in Wear Indicators
 

• These indicators are cut from Bis450 with the corresponding total thickness cut into it. The idea behind these discs is to display the remaining thickness of the surrounding plate at that weld plug.

• Thickness reports can then be easily/quickly obtained with photos rather than working at heights and using a UT.
   

Tip!

Consider using a drone to fly into your dump trucks on the go line, taking photos of the inside of each tray for in future office inspection.
